I had an amazing stay! The room with a balcony was so cozy, and the lovely staff made it special. I'd DEFINITELY choose this place again-it felt even better than the photos!

Good value, room was good-sized, staff were HELPFUL. The hotel was located in the centre of the city. Also, getting to The Entrance Town Centre was easy and took only 15 minutes on foot.

The bathroom was very dated.

Perfect, unbeatable location to all supermarkets which were walking distance. What an amicable staff! Reasonably large & good-sized unit with balcony.

I had a great experience at Wollongong Serviced Apartments. the staff were very friendly and provided excellent services. the location is perfect, right by the main shopping area of Wollongong, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and the beach nearby. My unit was a nice size, featuring a comfortable bedroom and air conditioning. It was well worth the $366 I paid.

Apartments are clean and spacious, excellent for those who want to self cater. The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking is easy to access and secure.

I had a wonderful stay for three nights. the hotel is in a great location, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Entrance Heritage Walk. the room was spacious and had air conditioning, along with a separate bedroom, which made our time there enjoyable.

Great place to stay close to shopping, eating and the beach.

Loved the friendliness of staff ,and the choice whether to have apartments serviced daily or not (thinking of water restrictions etc).Unfortunately for me I was not able to appreciate the full value of Wollongong as I was there for a 3 day netball carnival but the facilities provided in the unit were terrifc to enable me to cook each night for my family and treats for the girls at netball.The location was brilliant and I know my other daughter had a ball shopping.I Would highly recommend these units .Grocery shopping so close made life easy.Hopefully next time I go to Wollongong will be more relaxing so I can site see but would definetley stay there again.

Loved everything about the hotel ,if there was a problem the staff fixed it straight away

We hit up the Illawarra Fly for some insane zip-lining and later chilled at the beach, grabbing some dope food options nearby. Our place was super spacious, perfect for us four, and the staff made sure we were all set. Can't forget how clean everything was! Honestly, would've been mad fun if there was a party lounge or something to kick back after our adventures.

Our apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. I would recommend staying at wsa and will stay there again on our return trips to Wollongong. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed a stay at this hotel with a separate bedroom, a very clean bed, an awesome bathroom, and an excellent location close to the center, offering a magnificent view along with fantastic service from everyone.

The staff was very helpful after being informed our Internet would not work.

We were unable to get access to the Internet, however, the staff attempted to assist us with that and when it still didn't work they did not hesitate to refund our money. They also used their computer to research for us as needed.
